NSF CAREER Award: 3AforCT

Dr. Aldemir received a National Science Foundation CAREER award ($1,616,223, 2026–2031) for "3AforCT: AI-Guided, Authentic, Ag-STEM Inquiry for Cultivating Computational Thinking in Rural Middle Schools." The five-year project designs AI-mentored agricultural STEM inquiry with rural middle school teachers and students.

A new NSF-funded project ($1,989,289, 2026–2031, Co-PI) will develop AI-driven professional learning to strengthen pre-service teachers' content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and mathematical creativity.
